Cancellation Policy

• 48 hours or more before the experience start time: free cancellation.
• Between 48 and 24 hours before start: 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 24 hours / no-show: 100% fee.

Weather and events

If weather makes a photo shoot impossible, or a drift event is cancelled by its organizer, you choose: reschedule for free, or cancel with a full refund — no matter how late.
